These are my top 2 Bibles that I use daily. If you know me, you know I am a HUGE ESV fan. I began using the NLT as well over a year ago.

Commentaries

There are so many commentaries out there. I have found the Christ-centered exposition series is an excellent daily reference. You do NOT have to have a theological degree to read and understand this series.

For those who are searching for something more in-depth, I recommend the Pillar New Testament Commentary.
