All products are made to order. Returns or exchanges are not accepted due to sizing issues or buyerโ€™s remorse. Please review your order carefully before placing it and refer to sizing charts when applicable.

  • Incorrect size or style selected by the customer
  • Change of mind
  • Sale or promotional items

โœ… Refunds & Replacements (For Damaged or Incorrect Items)

Refunds or replacements are available if an item arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Misprinted
  • Incorrect (wrong item or design)

To request a refund or replacement, contact support within 7 days of delivery. Please include:

  • Order number
  • A photo clearly showing the issue

Each case will be reviewed, and the production partner will resolve approved issues promptly.
