🔁 Returns & Exchanges

All products are made to order. Returns or exchanges are not accepted due to sizing issues or buyer’s remorse. Please review your order carefully before placing it and refer to sizing charts when applicable.


❌ Returns Are Not Accepted For:

  • Incorrect size or style selected by the customer
  • Change of mind
  • Sale or promotional items

✅ Refunds & Replacements (For Damaged or Incorrect Items)

Refunds or replacements are available if an item arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Misprinted
  • Incorrect (wrong item or design)

To request a refund or replacement, contact support within 7 days of delivery. Please include:

  • Order number
  • A photo clearly showing the issue

Each case will be reviewed, and the production partner will resolve approved issues promptly.

🕒 Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on the bank or payment provider.


📦 Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue is due to a fulfillment error.
